But, there is the other party who would arrange that affair.

It means that they act like police; some of them even wear neon vest and hold light stick, pretend to be real as possible. When the road in chaos condition, no matter what causes is, they initiatively organize it in order to minimize the jamming.

             

Furthermore, the reason why they got that epithet is that usually the riders who pass the road give them some money in the form of coin, it as much as five hundred rupiahs. There are boxes, and the riders would throw into it while say thanks to police five hundred for the help.

            

 Although police five hundred is not officially police who had get special training in police education, they are worthy called as the real police because they not calculated how many that people would give as long as their help is useful. On the other hand, there are also police five hundred who just want to get money without giving meaningful help. It happens if they organize the road that actually still categorized in normal situation like road with a little hollow or act to take across even though it is quite deserted.

             

In spite of, there are some advantages on appearance of this seasonal job, such as: help police role in traffic, motivate unemployment to work, reducing the number of accident, increase mutual cooperation of citizens, and fasten the re-construction process. While, for deficiencies itself, it would cause the more jamming if the coordination is not good or overload party who wants to join in this job, resistant toward extortion, and it is the dangerous job. They don’t have prestige like the real police, so some riders may be would not follow the instruction to stop and the equipment to organize the road is not too commensurate, potluck impressed.

            

 Seeking a job is not easy thing; it needs certain skill to compete each other. Thus, it may the motive why the existence of police five hundred increasingly exist and added by right moment. They could see the opportunity of economic aspect, so it is an ideal job to do in which the key is just recklessness.

            

 As a contemplation, to vanish this risk job, the early step is doing by the rider itself. If they are wise in the road like obey traffic regulation and press the emotional, traffic would be fluent without any party who is jeopardized.
